CHARLOTTE AGUILAR LEGACY SCHOLARSHIP

 

Just Us 4 Youth appreciates your interest in applying for the educational scholarship. Just Us 4 Youth reserves the right to award scholarships to any applicant as deemed appropriate.

 

Please read and follow the instructions below:

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Applicants must be a High School Graduate.

• Applicants must be a Pomona Resident.

• Applicants must be ages 17-25.

• Applicants must use the scholarship for a Trade School, Community College, Jr. College or for a four year University.

 

The following items must be submitted with the application in order to be considered for the scholarship:

​

• A completed application.

• A typed essay of no more than 500 words, stating why you deserve the scholarship and in what field you plan to use the scholarship.

• A Letter of recommendation from someone you know and that also knows your career interests (non-family).

• Your application must be submitted by 6/16/21 at 11:59pm.

 

Just Us 4 Youth will acknowledge receipt of your application by email and upon review will schedule a virtual or in-person interview beginning on June 21, 2021. All applicants will be notified of approval or denial. The minimum amount of award will be $1,000.00 to be given out on June 28, 2021.
